This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either the customer or THRIVE WELL SDN BHD. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, THRIVE WELL SDN BHD may also terminate the agreement with the customer without prior notice and deny access to those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At our practice, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and therapists. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation Notice

    • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

    • In the event of an emergency (such as sudden illness or accident), clients must notify the therapist at least 2 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge equal to the full session rate.

    • Emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the charge can be waived.

  2. Repeated Last-Minute Cancellations

    • If a client makes two (2) last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hour notice), the therapist reserves the right to review the case. Based on the review, the therapist may decide to either:

      • Terminate the ongoing therapeutic relationship with the client.

      • Refer the client to a different therapist or another center that may better meet their needs.

Refunds are generally not offered, except under exceptional circumstances that prevent the client from continuing with the services. Such cases will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility for a refund.

 

Payments

All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payments can be made through various methods available, such as Visa, MasterCard, or other online payment methods. Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
