Ellisha Othman is a Clinical Psychologist with prior experience in corporate finance and strategy. She is the Managing Director of Thrive Well, a social enterprise focusing on leading the organization to expand trauma-informed community mental health services to individuals, communities and organisations.

With Ellisha’s experience in community mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), she led the organization to develop a sustainable model of providing Clinical Services including EAP to corporate partners to fund community-based mental health programs that addresses social determinants in the underserved and marginalized communities.
