The reason it takes us a while is because the Clinical Director needs to review your information and assign a therapist that is suitable to your situation, pending therapists' availability.

Pricing varies depending on your individual needs. Complex or specialised needs requiring specialised therapists will cost more relative to less complex needs. We also consider your financial circumstances. Where your financial circumstances meet the criteria for subsidised rates, you may qualify for the lower rate under the Jom Sembang programme. We currently have more than 20 therapists working with our clients. All our therapists have varying schedules and availabilities. Some only work one or two days a week, others only work on specific days of the week. At the moment, our Clinical Director evaluates every client's needs and identify the most suitable therapist for the client. This helps you to access the care that you need at the earliest convenience. All our therapists have gone through a rigorous selection process so rest assured that you are in good hands.
